Are You Being Haunted?

Many people believe in the idea of being “Haunted” or having inexplicable connections to the afterlife; But is everything always as it seems? One popular narrative is the ghost that remains in the place it died, or the ghosts who died from some scandalous mystery, and the worst of all those ghosts or demons capable of possessing human flesh. Popular culture brings tales like these to life stigmatizing supernatural activity and adding just a little flare to the imagination every time your door suddenly slams shut, or the chills you feel entering a spooky old house. We, at Cxburn, don’t mind a little good old fashioned excitement but we have our questions. Which we posed to the head professor of physics at the ICUP (International Coalition of Universities in Physics) to get some scientific input on the old ghosties. Doctor D.D. Fred said this, “If you consider that the human existence is one of awareness, and our awareness is dependent upon our senses, the senses that are sight, touch, taste, feel and smell, the abilities we have, in human form, remain in the third dimension. What humans like to believe is that these senses traverse space and time without matter to carry them. Which is physically impossible.” Doctor Fred’s assistant, B. Mary agreed saying, “What is capable of passing through space and time is only energy. Electricity or some composition of electric function.” Dr. Fred adds, “If anything, the transition of energy from one dimension to the other is dependent upon mass. If there is a ‘soul’ per se… If you believe in such, I mean I do… But some don’t. If there is a form of echo or something from the present or past, or even future, that exists in the third dimension it would be dependent upon the bodies around it. It doesn’t have eyes, it can’t technically see; and, it doesn’t have a brain, so it technically can’t think, whatever it is that is connecting with you par the third dimension into the alternate dimensions would have to interact with your ‘soul’ in order to see or hear or feel or even think. If that is the case, something that transcends space and time, accessing your mind would, I suspect, be too vast to comprehend consciously, the majority of that type of energy would be dependent upon the subconscious.” B. Mary ended our interview with this note, “Generally we just sum paranormal activity to aliens.
